Timber: Approximately 90-100 acres of the northern tract was select cut/clear cut between 5-8 years ago, and has naturally regrown since. This regrowth provides thick cover for deer and other wildlife.   Pine plantation stands make up approximately 50 to 65 acres varying in age between 10 and 17 years. The remainder of the wooded portions of the property are beautiful rolling hardwoods and open hardwood creek bottoms.

The property is accessed via a county road that splits the property into the two tracts.
