The property has paved road frontage on Perry County Road 44. The tract is very near to where Bibb and Perry Counties come together. Power is available, and is currently located across the road from the property. The whole eastern boundary adjoins the Talladega National Forest, and the boundary line is painted red. There are several signs along the boundary indicating Forest Service land.
