SOLD! 160 acres +/- of farmland and hunting land for sale in Perry County, Alabama.  This farm is a good combination of row crop land, grazing or pasture land, and some hunting land on the far west side. There are approximately 57 acres of pasture and grazing land, about 27 acres of row crop land, and the balance is in hunting land. The soils are mostly silty clay loams, and some clays. The hunting land is mostly cedar thickets, which are pretty typical of good Black Belt hunting land in this area. The property has about 600' of frontage on paved Alabama Highway 5.
