The main pond on the property offers a great place to go fishing. The smaller pond and the some of the shallows are known to hold ducks in the winter. Much of the timber was cut in the past, and has been re-planted in long leaf pines that are approximately 4 years old. There can be as many as 10 food plots on this property, making it hunt a lot bigger than a normal 120 acres. The owner plants chufa for the turkeys, and the efforts are rewarded with a healthy population of turkeys on this tract. There are lots of deer that come through this property, and the owner has been feeding them for years. The terrain varies quite a bit over this property, from flat along the creek to hilly. Motley Creek flows through the center of the property, and essentially gives you an east and west side of the property that is divided by the creek. The main pond was stocked with bass, bream, crappie, shad, and grass carp by American Sport Fish, and they have done spraying for weeds in the pond in the past as well.

There is an old home along the road that has been used as the camphouse. It is a rustic space with kitchen, bathroom, den, and some bunk space down stairs.
